ὥςπερ ἐν ἔργων παρ᾽ αὐτῶν ἀγαπάται·
ὁ ἐν σφόδρα ἡδότες ὀς στέργουσιν σὺν Θεῷ τέλος·
ἐγὼ δὲ δόξαν δημιουργῶ τὸν ὅλον
πέμπο κατίδειν τουδέρτεμα βιβλίου·
ἄπελθε χαίρων καὶ βαδίζον συντόνως
τὰ διὰ τὸν εὐτελὸν χειρῶν μου γεγραμμένα
καὶ μὴ καταρασθητε διὰ τὴν αὐτεχνίαν
συγχωρήσατε ἡ ταύτη ἐντιχόντες ἀναγινώσκοντες·
ὡς λύσιν εὕρω πολλῶν ἀμπλακημάτων·
και λυτρώσητε πυρὸς τοῦ αἰωνίου;
γένοιτο ἀμήν· εἰσπάντας τοὺς αἰῶνας
τέλος εἴληφεν ἡ παροῦσα καὶ αὐτὴ δέλτος,
δια χειρὸς κἀμοῦ Νικολάου:—
