MANCINI (1907) supposes the year of the ms. to be 1131: 'anno 1131, non 1153, ut falso dedit Matrangai'. However, the second epigram on f. 196r reveals the date of 1150 or 1151:
'ἔτος προσῆν δὲ χιλιάδος ἑξάδος·
ἑξακοσίους συμπερούσης καὶ χρόνους
μετρουμένης δ᾽ αὐτῆς δεκάδος ἑξάκις
χρόνων μονάδα μίαν ἐστερημένης'
6659 - 5509/5508 = 1150/1151
Fraccaroli (1897b: 505): 'Lo scrittore di questo codice e lo stesso Bartolomeo che scrisse il cod. 24? È probabile (...)'.
According to Lucà (2024: 111 n. 19), the manuscript is 'calabro o calabro-siculo'. |
