Comment The metrical status of the verses is doubtful, as the the first two lines contain eleven syllables, and the last line has thirteen syllables.
Nelson (1991: 80): 'On f. 170v at the conclusion of the Gospel of John, there are four phrases, which are reproduced in the appended catalogue. The first three appear in the same order in Vat. gr.644 of 1277/78, and lines one to three are found separately in four other manuscripts by Theodore.'
