	Ἀφεὶς ὦ πρόκλε σ(οὺς) ἀποκρήμν(ους) λόγους
	καὶ τ(οὺς) σφαιρικ(οὺς) οὓς τρέχεις ἀναδρόμ(ους)
	ἐν οἷς καὶ μούσ(ας) δεικνύ(εις) ἀναδρόμ(ους),
	κάτελθε μικρ(ὸν) τε ταπεινά μοι γράφε·
	μήπ(ως) αἱ κυλίστραι σε τ(ῆς) σφαίρ(ας) κάτω,
	ῥίψωσιν εἰς γῆν καὶ ῥαγῆς παραυτίκα
	ὀλισθηρὸ(ς) γὰρ σφαιρικὸ(ς) σύμπ(ας) δρόμο(ς)
	εἰ δ' αὖ θέλεις ἄν(θρωπ)ε προδραμ(εῖν) κάτω,
	πρόκυπτε τῶν σῶν κἂν βραχὺ σφαιρωμ(ά)των
	καὶ τῶν ταπεινῶν ἡμεδαπῶν ῥημάτ(ων)
	τὴν ἀσκραικ(ὴν) βίβλ(ον) ἐξηγουμένων,
	ἄκουε μικρ(ὸν) εὐτελῶς γεγραμμένων.
