From v. 7 onwards, the epigram is written in two columns, to be read horizontally.
Contextual information The epigram, which combines several well-known epigrams, is written at the end of Aeschylus' 'Prometheus Bound' and precedes the tragedian's 'Seven Against Thebes'.
