Palaeographical information Written in the right and lower margin.
Contextual information The epigram accompanies Thucydides' Histories 1.63.3, where someone tried to normalize the Attic accentuation τροπαῖον into τρόπαιον. Above this word in the main text, the same signe-de renvoi can be found as the one used for the previous verse scholium (inc. Ἱππῆς τις ἐξώρθωσε δίφθογγον γράφων'). Tzetzes didn't repeat this signe-de-renvoi at the beginning of this epigram, which he wrote immediately below the previous one.
