Palaeographical information	Written in the right margin. The scholium is preceded by a signe-de-renvoi, which links it to the word 'ἱππῆς' in the main text (Thuc. 1.63.2).
Contextual information	The epigram accompanies Thucydides' Histories 1.63.2, where the original reading 'ἱππῆς' was corrected into the normalized 'ἱππεῖς'. It is followed by another verse scholium, inc. 'Καὶ τὸ τροπαῖον μὴ τρόπαιόν μοι γράφε'.
