Χεῖρες φίλαι· κόλποι τε· κ(αὶ) σὺ καρδία·
ὑμῖν τὸ σεπτὸν πᾶν χρῆμα πιστεύω μόνοις·
ὑμεῖς λαβόντες, εὐλαβῶς τηρεῖτέ μοι·
τὸ μάργαρόν μου τοῦτο τὸ βρύον χάριν·
κ(αὶ) τῆς ἄνωθεν ἀστραπῆς πεπλησμένον·
οὗ κρεῖττον οὐδὲν εὗρον ἐν τοῖς τιμίοις·
οὗπερ τὸ κάλλος θαυμάσ(ας) πάντων πλέον,
ὡς ἔμπορος σοφός τις ἀντεκτησάμ(ην)·
τούτω τὲ πλουτῶ κ(αὶ) τρυφῶ· καὶ ζῶ πλέον,
ἢ πᾶσιν οἷς πέφυκα χαίρειν ἐν βίῳ·
ἀλλʹ εὐαγῶς φέροιτο καὶ σώζοιτό μοι,
οὕτως ἄχραντ(ον)· λάμπον οὕτ(ως) εἰς τέλος:–
