Palaeographical information	Written in a brown, reddish ink in the left margin by the main scribe. There is a blank line in between the sixth and seventh verses and the title 'στίχοι' is repeated at the beginning of verse 7. 8 εἰληφὼς ] εἰληφὼν ante corr.
Contextual information	The epigram is written next to and comments on Herodotos' Histories 3.23.4.
