Comment Scribe, date and origin are inferred from the subscription in f. 486v: οὐ μόνον τῶν ἐπεὶ τῆς γῆς κ(αὶ) ἐν τοῖς ἄλλοις στοιχίοις (κ(αὶ) ἐν τοῖς ἄλλοις στοιχίοις rursus scripsit in marg.)· | ἀλλὰ καὶ ἐν αὐτὸ (in marg.)
An alternative date is found in a second colophon in f. 491v, after a letter to Kabakes' son (ff. 487r-489r) and a nota possesoris by Fulvio Orsini (f. 491r, cf. Colonna 1945: 54): | : θαυμάζω μέν τι τοὺς π(ατέ)ρας?, οὐδὲν μέν τι ἧττον τῶ υἱῶ | κ(αὶ) συγγραφὴ: πρὸς τὰ τὸ μαρδονίω, κ(αὶ) τοῖς ἀγγέλοις | ἀποκρινάμενοι: On this double date, cf. Lampros (1907: 332-333).
The first part is very similar to the subscription by the same scribe in Vat. gr. 173 f. 346 (cf. VG 102.A n. 5, Lampros: 1907: 333, Mercati 1923: 193), dated thus to 1487 and from which it is inferred that Kabakes arrived in Rome in 1466.

The credits system has been implemented in 2019. Credits from before the new system was in use might be incomplete.
