Palaeographical information Young (1908: 350): 'On f. 40, 7 v°. are seven rubricated lines of Greek verse (in a XIV.-XV. Cent. hand)'.
Contextual information The epigram is preceded by a title, in black ink, added by a certain Falconius: 'Exastichum est hoc epigramma: exametro pentametroque constans: | et pulcherrimam profecto de hominum uita pensitationem continens: +'.
The text is followed by one more epigram, inc. 'Σεῖο πολυκλήεντα τύπον στῆσαντο χερωνεῦ'.
