ἐπίγραμμα εἰς τὸν ἅγιο(ν) ἰω(άννη) τὸν θεολόγον τὸν εὐαγγελιστήν. τὸν ἠγαπημένον μαθητὴν τοῦ χ(ριστ)οῦ κ(αὶ) ἐπιστήθιον:
 
·:· βροντείης θεόφωνος ἰωάννης πανάριστος;
πρωτοτόκου σοφίης ὑπεράρχιον εὕρετο ἀρχήν·
πρωτοφανῆ γενετῆρα θ(εο)ῦ θ(εὸ)ν αὐτογένελθον:
ἔνθεν ὀλεθροτόκον αἱρέσεων ἤμβλυνε φρένα:·
