	οἷσιν ἐνιθύνοις οἴακα σῆς βιοτῆς:
	πρῶτος σόλων μ(ὲν) μηδὲν ἄγαν φάτο κεκροπίθεν:
	δεύτερος αὖ χίλων, γνῶθι σεαυτὸν ἔφη:
	λινδὸς αὖ κλεόβουλος ἐῢς πάις εὐαγόρου
	μέτρ(ον)\| ἄριστον ἔφη ἔμμεναι ἀτρεκέως
	καιρὸν δ’ ὑρράδιος κέλεται πάντεσσι δαῆν(αι)?
	πιττακὸς ἐκ λέσβου τῶδ’ ἐπὶ κυψελίδης
	τὴν μελέτην περίανδρος ἔφη πᾶν ἔμμεναι ἔργον‧
	ἕκτος δ’ αὖτε βίας τευγαμίδης ἔφατο
	οἱ πλεῖστοι θνητῶν σκολιοὶ. παῦροι δέ τε καλοί.
	ὕστατος αὖτε θαλῆς εἶπεν ἀπηλεγέως:
	ἐγγύῃ ἀγχίθυρος ναίει κακομήχανος ἄτη‧
