	Ματθαίου μάρκου λουκᾶ (καὶ) ἰω(άνν)ου,
	Ἐγράφη χειρὶ γαβριὴλ ῥακενδύτου·
	Ἐξ ἐπιτροπῆς (καὶ) σπουδῆς ὅτι πλείστ(ης),
	Τοῦ τ(ὴν) κλῆσιν φέροντος χαρετωνύμως·
	Τιμιωτάτου ἐν θύταις μονοτρόποις·
	Καὶ προστατοῦντος μονῆς τοῦ κωφοῦ (δε)
	Ὅνπερ πᾶς τϊς τ(ὴν) βίβλον ἀνὰ χείρας.
	Λαβὼν εὐξάσθω, ἐκ ζεούσης καρδίας.
	Ὅπως ἵλεων τ(ὸν) κριτὴν ἐν ἡμέρα,
	Εὕροι τῆς φρικτῆς δευτέρας παρουσί(ας)
	Ἀμὴν γένοιτο πρεσβείαις τ(ῆς) ἀχράντου
