	Ἐγράφη χειρὶ γαβριὴλ ῥακενδύτου·
	Ἐξ ἐπιτροπῆς (καὶ) σπουδῆς ὅτι πλείστ(ης),
	Τοῦ τ(ὴν) κλῆσιν φέροντος χαρετωνύμως·
	Τιμιωτάτου ἐν θύταις μονοτρόποις·
	Καὶ προστατοῦντος μονῆς τοῦ κωφοῦ (...)

	Λαβὼν εὐξάσθω, ἐκ ζεούσης καρδίας.
