Palaeographical information Written in red majuscules.
Between the α and the χ of αχθος, ἔ was added by the same hand which was responsible for the interlinear commentary (also in red ink, but a slightly lighter shade). Thus, we get ἔχθος as preserved in other occurrences of this verse.

At the end of this book on f. 20r, we read + τέλος ἰλιάδος α' ὁμήρου ῥαψωδίας :- (written in red ink).
