	Δέσποτα χριστὲ καὶ θεὲ τῶν ἁπάντων
	ἄφεσίν μοι δὸς τῶν πολλῶν ἐγχλημάτων
	ὧνπερ ἔπραξα ἐν γνώσει καὶ ἀγνοίᾳ,
	πρεσβείαις τῆς σὲ ἀφθόρως κυησάσης,
	προφητῶν ὁμοῦ καὶ σοφῶν ἀποστόλων,
	ἀθλοφόρων τε, ἱεραρχῶν, ὁσίων,
	γυναικῶν ἀσκητριῶν καὶ ἀθληφόρων,
	τῶν γεχραμμένων ἐν τῷδε τῷ βιβλίῳ.
	Δυσωπῶ πάντας ἐν ταύτῃ τῇ δέλτῳ
	ἐντυγχάνοντας, μνεῖαν ἐμοῦ ποιῇτε
	ἐν ταῖς πρὸς θεὸς ὑμετέραις πρεσβείαις
	λύσιν με λαβεῖν τῶν πολλῶν ὀφλημάτων.
	ἱν' ἀξιωθῶ μερίς (sic) τῶν σοζωμένων
	ἐν τῇ δευτέρᾳ τοῦ χριστοῦ παρουσίᾳ
	τὶν (sic) πολλῷ καὶ κόπῳ γεγραφότι
	αναξίῳ τε ἱερεῖ Σωφρονίῳ
	καὶ ἐν μοναχοῖς πελόντι ἐλαχίστῳ.
