Τέλος ὦδε πέφθακεν, τῆσδε τῆς δέλτου.
Μιχαὴλ δὲ ταῦτα σοι, προσφωνεῖ ἄνερ·
Ὄστις τοὐπίκλην, ὁ μεσοποταμίτης·
Κληρικοῦ δ᾽ αὖθις, ἐπισκοπῆς εὑρίπου·
Συνάψας οὐν ἔγραψα πόνω (καὶ) μόχθω·
Εἰς θ(εο)ῦ τὲ αἴνεσιν καὶ ὑμνωδίαν:
Πεπληρωτο δε ἐν χρόνοις τοῖς τοῦ κόσμου,
Χιλιὰς παρέδραμεν, ἑξἁπλουμένη·
Και ἑκατοντας ἐννακοσιοστῆ τε·
Σὺν τέσσαρες μόνοις τε, νῦν (καὶ) δεκάτοις·
Ἰνδικτιόνης, δεκάτης (καὶ) τετάρτης.
