οὓς πλάστα πάντων οὐχ ὅλη χωρεῖ κτίσ(ις)·
λόγ(ους) χαράξαι σ(οὺς) διαυγεῖ πτυκτίῳ
ἔχ(ειν) τε τούτ(ους) φῶς πνοὴν. βίου κλέος·
ἔληξα τοῦ πόθου (δὲ) νῦν, κατ᾽ ἀξίαν·
ἔντοσθ(εν) ἐκτὸ(ς)· πανταχοῦ καλλωπίσ(ας)·
(καὶ) τοῦτο προστέθεικα τῇ τεχνουργίᾳ·
ἀλλ᾽ ὦ βλύσ(ας) ἄβυσσον ἐκ τετραστόμου
κρήν(ης) μαθητ(ῶν) πᾶσαν ἄρδουσα φρένα·
ψυχ(ὴν) ἐμ(ὴν) ἄνικμον ἐν καιρῷ δίκης·
εἴης ποτίζων καιν(ὸν) ἄμβροτ(ον) πόμα·
ὃ σοὺς μαθητὰς εἶπ(ας) ἐκπίν(ειν) τότε·
