	Πρώην ἀκέστωρ σωμάτων μόνον πέλων:
	ἐκ τῶν γαλινοῦ βιβλίων κιπποκράτους:
	ψυχῶν ἱατρὸς ὕστερον σοφὸς λίαν:
	πολλῶν ἐδείχθης ὡς μαθητὴς τοῦ λόγου:
	κευαγγελιστὴς ῥητορεύσας ἐνθέως:
	τὰ τῆς δι' ἡμᾶς σαρκικῆς παρουσίας:
	αὐτοῦ μέγιστα τῶν τεραστίων βάθη:
	Διὸ πρὸς αὐτὸν εὐσθενῆ παρρησίαν:
	λουκᾶ θεόφρων ἀξίως κ(αὶ) νῦν ἔχων:
	τὸν πίστεως τεύξαντα κ(αὶ) πόθου μέτα:
	τὴν πάνσοφόν σου τήνδε βίβλον τῶν λόγω(ν):
	σώζοις λιταῖς σου καὶ καλῶν διεξάγοις:–
