Ἀξοὺχ ἀγαθὲ, πρὸς ψυχὴν θείαν λέγεις,
ἣ συμπερατοῖ σὰς καλὰς παραιφάσεις·
ὄντως τὸ λοιπὸν εὐγενὴς σὺ τυγχάνεις,
κἂν ἀλλοεθνοῦς ἐκ γένους, ἀλλ’ οὐ τρόπου.
