Translation(s) This book, having come to an end on Saturday,
allowed us to take a rest from the labour
on the twentieth day of the month of August,
during the eighth indiction.
Matthew is indeed the person who wrote this book.
You all who read pray,
because the scribe in his turn goes wrong,
in the course of the year in which it was written,
six thousands, seven hundreds
with three and ten [= 6713 AM = 1205], glory to God.
