	Τὸν οἰκέτην σου τόνδε, Χριστέ, καὶ λάτριν
	ὁρᾷς ὁποίῳ σχήματι πρόσεισί σοι.
	- ὁ Χριστός: -
	Οἰκτρῷ μὲν οὖν γε σφόδρα συντεταμένῳ·
	ἀλλ᾽ εἰπὲ τὴν αἴτησιν αὐτὸς ἣν φέρει·
	οὗτος γὰρ οὐδὲν φθέγγεται τὸ παράπαν.
	- ὁ ἀπόστολος: -
	Ἐμοὶ μεσίτῃ χρώμενος, Θεοῦ Λόγε,
	σιγᾷν ὁδὶ κέκρικεν εὐλαβεῖ τρόπῳ·
	αἰτεῖ δὲ λαβεῖν ψυχικὴν σωτηρίαν
	καὶ προστασίας χάριν ἠκριβωμένης,
	ἵν᾽ εὐαγῶς σύστημα σεμνὸν ἰθύνας
	μισθὸν φρονίμων λήψεται διδασκάλων.
	- ὁ Χριστός: -
	Οὐκ ἀστοχήσει, Μᾶρκε, τῶν ᾐτημένων.

Translation(s)	The Apostle says: Oh Christ, You see in what garment this, Your servant and worshipper, comes to You. Christ: We take pity on him since he is trying his best; but state the request which he brings, because he does not speak at all. The Apostle: Appointing me as intercessor, oh Divine Word, he has decided to keep silent in a respectful manner. He requests, however, that he receive the salvation of his soul and the gift of unfailing leadership so that, beatifically leading the venerable institution, he will receive the reward of wise teachers.
