Contextual information The epigram is written above a miniature of Alexios I Komnenos, offering the Panoplia Dogmatica to Christ. There is a vertical inscription in the upper left margin: 'τοῦ αὐτοῦ', referring to the scribe (Georgios Pamphilos), who is mentioned explicitly on f. 1r and f .4v.
