Palaeographical information It is written by a fourth, contemporary, hand.
Contextual information The verses comment on the preceding epigram inc. 'ἐν τῶ ῥέοντι καὶ ταχυδρόμω χρόνω'. The first poem is a traditional scribal epigram in praise of Basil of Caesarea, whereas this second poem begins a polemic against the writing of such (scribal) poems - or at least against this particular poem.
