The text accompanies a miniature depicting Saint Paul sitting on a throne and writing his Epistle(s). The image is surrounded by a decorated frame in which another epigram is written, inc. 'Ψυχὴ Νέρωνος ἡ τυραννικωτάτη'.
On the next folio, there is an image of Saint John Chrysostom sitting on a throne and Theodoretos and Oecumenios attending him. |
