	Ξυσθεῖσα λυκάβαντος ἐν δὲ χιλίοις,
	τετρακοσίοις καὶ ἑξήκοντά γε
	ἐντυγχανούσης τοῦ Χριστοῦ καὶ Θεοῦ μου,
	μηνὶ Μαΐῳ τε ἐτύγχανεν τετάρτῃ,
	ἐν Κυριακῇ, φίλτατε, ὥρᾳ ἕκτῃ,
	καὶ διὰ χειρὸς ἐμοῦ τοῦ ἀβελτέρου
	Παύλου εὐτελοῦς, τάχα καὶ ἀναγνώστου,
	τὸ ἐπίκλην υἱὸς Φωστηνιάτου·
	ἔτος τοῦ Ἀδὰμ ἑξὰς τῆς χιλιοντάδος
	καὶ ἐννεακοσιοστοῦ ἑξηκοστοῦ ὁγδόου,
	ἡλίου κύκλος εἰκοστὸς καὶ τέταρτος, ὦ φίλε,
	ἦν καὶ τετρακαιδέκατος ὁ κύκλος τῆς σελήνης.
