The epigram is preserved in cod. Patmos, Mone tou Hagiou Ioannou tou Theologou 381, f.384v, as part of a verse and prose colophon, featuring the date of ms. completion (May 1). The feast of prophet Jeremiah is also celebrated on this day in the Orthodox tradition.
