	Νῖκος λαοῦ μοχθηρᾶς τῆς κακουργίας
	καὶ τῶν πονηρῶν πνευμάτων δίδου, μάκαρ,
	τῷ τὴν μονήν σοι πρὸς μονὰς ζωῆς θέειν
	ξενοτρόπως, αὖθις τε τῷ δειμαμένῳ
	νέμων κατ᾽ ἄμφω τὴν χάριν - τῷ μὲν κράτος,
	ἱλασμὸν ἔνθε τῷ δὲ τῶν ὀφλημάτων.
