Comment The name 'Ioannes' in v.5 (as in Barb. gr. 520, one of the oldest mss) is replaced by other names ('Theophanes' in Sin. 182, 'Manouel' in Constant. Metoch. 275, 'Niketas' in Patm. 334). The epigram from SINAI - Monè tès Hag. Aikaterinès 193, has also been linked to this type due to its minor difference from the type -the last two verses have been reduced to one verse with mention of the scribe.
