	Ἱδρώτων οὐκ ὀλίγων Χριστέ, Θεέ μου,
	ἀδίκως στερηθείς· τοὺς πόνους ἴδε μου
	ἵλεῳ ὄμματι· κἀκεῖθεν ἄφεσιν
	δίδου μοι λύσιν πολλῶν ἀμπλακημάτων.
	Πόθῳ γὰρ προσφέρω σοι τὰς δέκα βίβλους,
	βίους ἄθλους τε μαρτύρων καὶ ὁσίων,
	πρέσβεις τούτους προβαλλόμενος θαρρήσας
	ὁ σῇ προνοίᾳ πρόεδρος Ἰωάννης.
