νοὸς καθαροῦ τυγχάνων ὦ παρθένε·
τὰ φρικτὰ ταῦτα καὶ φόβω πεφασμένα
κατηξιώθης κατιδεῖν βροντῆς γόνε·
(...)λὰ καταξίαν καὶ ἠγαπημένε·
τοὺς οἰκέτας σου καὶ πόθω προσκειμένους·
τὰς μὲν βασάνους ἐκφυγεῖν τὰς ἐν κρίσει·
καὶ καταδύσεις τοῦ σκότους καὶ ταρτάρου·
τῶν δ’ αὖ μελλόντῶν ἀγαθῶν αἰωνίως,
τυχεῖν πρὸς αὐτοῦ τῶν ὅλων τοῦ δεσπότου·
