Contextual information	Written in the upper margin, above a pi-shaped headpiece adorned with floral ornaments. The epigram introduces the text of 'Viaticum peregrinatum', books I-VII, by Aḥmad Ibn-Ibrāhīm Ibn-al-Ǧazzār, title: 'σύντομος γνῶσις τοῦ θεμελίου τῆς ἰατρικῆς...', incipit: 'Ἱστέον, ὅτι ἡ γένεσις τῶν τριχῶν'.
