ἐπίγραμμα εἰς τὰς μούσας, ὅσαι | (καὶ) οἷαι:· ἀντιπάτρου:·
 
Καλλιόπη· σοφίην ἡρωίδος εὗρεν ἀοιδῆς·
κλειὼ καλλυχόρου κιθάρη, μελιηδέα μολπ(ήν)·
εὐτέρπη, τραγικοῖο χοροῦ πολυηχέα φωνήν·
μελπομένη· θνητοῖσι μελίφρονα βάρεητ(ον) ἦρε·
τερψιχόρη, χαρίεσσα. πόρεν τεχνήμον(ας) αὐλούς·
ὕμνους ἀθανάτ(ων), ἐρατὼ, πολυτερπέ(ας) εὗρε:·
τέρψιας ὀρχηθμοῖο, πολύμνια πάνσοφος εὗρεν:
ἁρμονίην πάσησι πολύμνια δῶκ(εν) ἀοιδαῖς:
οὐ(ρα)νίη, πόλον εὗρε (καὶ) οὐ(ρα)νίων χορ(ὸν) ἄστρων:
κωμικ(ὸν) εὗρε θάλεια βίον (καὶ) ἤθεα κεδνά.

Palaeographical information A different hand from the main text copied the ff. 1v-3v, 7r-14v, 394r-395r.
Over the last word of the poem a different hand wrote 'συνετὰ'.
Contextual information Written together with other epigrams on the Muses (cf. the titles of the chapters of the main text) and a note on the dialects, before Herodotus' Histories. The epigrams seem to be attributed to Antipater, whereas in AP this epigram is anonymous.
