	ἀριστοφάνους ἐπίγραμμα εἰς τὸν τύραννον οἰδίπουν‧

	Λιπὼν κόρινθον οἰδίπους π(ατ)ρ(ὸ)ς νόθος
	πρὸ(ς) τῶν ἁπάντ(ων) λοιδορούμ(εν)ος ξένος,
	ἦλθε πυθέσθαι πυθικῶν θεσπισμ(ά)τ(ων)‧
	ζητ(ῶν) ἑαυτ(ὸν), κ(αὶ) γένους φυτοσπόρ(ον)‧
	εὑρ(ὼν) δὲ τλήμων ἐν στεναῖς ἁμαξιτοῖς,
	ἄκ(ων) ἔπεφνε λάιον γεννήτορα‧
	σφιγγὸς (δὲ) δειν(ῆς) θανάσιμον λύσας μέλος,
	ᾔσχυνε μ(ητ)ρ(ὸ)ς ἀγνοουμένης λέχος‧
	λοιμὸς (δὲ) θήβας εἷλε κ(αὶ) μακρὰ νόσος·
	κρέ(ων) (δὲ) πεμφθεὶς δελφικ(ὴν) πρὸ(ς) ἑστίαν
	ὅπ(ως) πύθητ(αι) τοῦ κακοῦ παυστήριον,
	ἤκουσε φωνῆς μαντικ(ῆς) θεοῦ πάρα,
	τὸν λαΐειον ἐκδικηθῆναι φόνον·
	ὅθεν μαθ(ὼν) ἑαυτ(ὸν) οἰδίπους τάλας,
	δισσαῖς τε χερσὶν ἐξανάλωσε κόρ(ας)·
	αὐτὴ (δὲ) μ(ήτ)ηρ, ἀγχόναις διώλετο:-

Palaeographical information	Written in two columns, to be read horizontally. The initials of the title and the epigram are written in red ink. 2 ξένος ] ξένων ante corr. 4 ἑαυτ(ὸν) ] ἑαυτῶ ante corr. 9 λοιμὸς ] λοιμὸν (?) ante corr. In the left margin of the epigram the following note is written in red ink: "κρεῖττον γράφ(ειν) \| τοῦτο ἐν τῶ εἰς \| τ(ὸν) οἰδίπουδα \| σοφοκλέους \| δράματι, ἢ \| ὧδε:".
Contextual information	The epigram, preceding Euripides' Phoenissae, is preceded, on f. 84v-85r, by a prose hypothesis and three other epigrams and followed by another prose hypothesis and the list of dramatis personae.
