Τῷ κτισαμένω πόθ(ῳ) ταύτ(ην) τὴν δέλτ(ον)
(καὶ) προστάξαντι ταύτ(ην) γραφῆναι.
ὦ Χ(ριστ)έ μου φυλαττε τρισολβιω ..ρ.. α αὐτῶ
τοῖς πλουσί(οις) σου δώρ(οις) εὐημερί(αν)
εἰρήν(ην) (καὶ) ὑγίαν αλλον Ιησοῦν
ποίησον τροπαιοῦχον. ἢ (καὶ) Σαμψὼν εἴπω
ἐν τ(οῖς) ἀνδρι(οις) πλουτῶν αὐτῷ νίκας,
κατὰ τῶν ἑναντι(ων): ἁγνῶτα δεῖξον
παντὸ(ς) κινδύνου τὸ π(ᾶν) ἱκετεύω σε θ(εο)ῦ λόγε.
τ(ῆς) βασιλεια(ς) σου μέτοχον αὐτ(ὸν) δεῖξον.
αὐτὸν δὴ φημι Κομνηνόν τε τὸν Δούκ(αν)
λιταῖς τ(ῆς) πανσώτηρος, κοσμωσώστου παρθένου.
