Ὁ διαπλάσας ἡμᾶς καὶ ἀναπλάσας
μέλλων δὲ πάλιν ἀναπλάττειν ἐσχάτως,
ὁ καὶ δέματι τῷδε συσφίγγων χεῖρας
τονῶν τε ταύτας εἰς τερμάτωσιν ἔργων,
πάντως ὁ Χριστός ἐστι καὶ θεοῦ λόγος˙
ὅστις ἐνθήσας καὶ σθένος ταῖς χερσί μου
τὴν βίβλον τήνδε τοῦ ἀποστόλου Παύλου
τὴν ἐμφέρουσαν τοῦδε τὰς ἐν χρυσίνοις
ἐπιστολὰς νήμασιν ἐξυφασμένας
τοῦ παρακλήτου πνεύματ(ος) (καὶ) ἁγίου,
νυνὶ προσῆξε τῶ τέλει τῶν γραμμάτων·
ὁρᾶτε ταύτην, ἥδε τοῖς πᾶσι πέλει·
καθάπερ βοᾶ ἐν κυρίω τὰ πάντα·
εἴ τινος οὖν χρήζει τίς εἰς ψυχ(ὴν), σκύλε·
πάντως (γὰρ) πάντως, ἄφθονον λήψη χάρ(ιν)·
ἐγὼ δὲ πάντας ὁ πτωχὸς καλλιγράφ(ος)·
καθικετεύω τῆ βίβλω τοὺς χρωμέν(ους),
αἰτεῖν ἰλασμὸν τῶν ἐμοὶ ἐπταισμένων·
μὴ κατοκνῆτε καὶ ψυχῆς σωτηρίαν·
ὅπως ἐπιτύχοιμι τῶν αἰωνίων·
πάντως ἀγαθῶν ἱκεσίαις ἁγίαις,
