Contextual information [μην]ὶ ἰουνίῳ δεκάτῃ ἰν(δικτιῶνος) follows the poem (in cryptography).

This poem is the second in a series of three poems, of which the two last epigrams are written in cryptography. Between the second and third poem there is a monocondylion with the name of the scribe and the date of the ms.; Hardt (1806b: 351) and Hajdú (2012: 136): '[Ἀ]θανάσιος ἱερομόναχος θξβν'.

Hardt (1806b: 350): 'In quorum calce scriptura arcana his literis subiicitur:
ενψθχαθψεϠξθ. ψβωϚεψβωηϞηολχ. κεοεϞ. μηνὶ ϞλχωϞσϚεπθβN.(...)
Et provenit: ἐνταῦθα τέρμα τῆσδε τῆσ βίβλου πέλει μηνὶ ἰουνίῳ δεκάτῃ ἰνδικτ'.
