| Ἔφθασεν ἡ ναῦς ἐκ πλάτους τῆς θαλάσσης, | |
| ἐκ τοῦ κλύδωνος καὶ πάσης τρικυμίας, | |
| πρὸς τὰ στενωπὰ τοῦ γλυκυτάτου ὅρμου· | |
| πᾶσαν λαθοῦσα τῶν κυμάτων τὴν ζάλην· | |
| καὶ νῦν ὁ γραφεῦς τῆς παρούσης πυκτίδος, | |
| λήθῃ παραδοὺς τῆς γραφῆς μακροὺς πόνους, | |
| ἀφωσιεῖται τέρψιν πᾶσαν, τὴν λύπην | |
| καί τῆ τριάδι ὕμνον ἄληκτον νέμει. |
