	Θρηνῳδὸς εἶ σὺ καὶ φιλοικτίρμων ἄγαν,
	ἀλλ᾿ εἰς τὰ πολλὰ καὶ χορεύεις εὐρύθμως.
	Ὁ μουσικὸς νοῦς, ὃν ἐγνώρισεν τέχνη,
	τίς ἡ παρεκκλίνουσα κλῆσις πλαγίων,
	πέμπτον σε τάξις, ἀλλὰ πρῶτον τοῦ μόνου
	ἔχει σε καὶ λέγει σε, πρῶτε πλαγίων.
