Translation(s) Having abandoned all too long the earthly mortals, true Wisdom
came here when she had discovered the mind of Theodore.
The Muses gave him a Greek and Ausonian voice
so that he may grant a share of wisdom to each of the two peoples.
Now – alas – he died and because of his gentleness he left dolor to all.
His soul left and flew to the land of the blessed.
