	Ἐνθάδε πηγὴ ναμάτων ζωηρρύτων,
	καὶ κλίμαξ ἀνάγουσα πρὸς θεωρίαν,
	καὶ κῆπος ἡδὺς ἀκηράτων ἀνθέων,
	ἅπας ὁ διψῶν πίνε. Βαῖνε καὶ τρύγα,
	ἄρδευε τὸν νοῦν αὖθις ὡς αὐαλέον.
	Ἡμεῖς δὲ Χριστὸν δεξιὸν ἐπιστάτην
	νῦν προσλαβόντες τῶνδε τῶν ποημάτων,
	πρὸς τὴν καταρχὴν ἐξαπλοῦμεν τὰς χεῖρας.
