Ἰσαὰκ ἄριστε πατέρων, πάτερ,
διδασκάλων πρώτιστε τῆς ὑφηλίου,
τὸν ἐκ πόθου σου τὴν βίβλον κεκτημένον,
Γεράσιμον, κάλλιστον ἐν μονοτρόποις,
τῆς Κυπρίων καύχημα τῶν ἀζυγίων,
τὸν ἀγχιθυρίζοντα μονῆς Κουντζοῦβε,
ἔμπλησον αὐτὸν τοὺς σοὺς μαργάρους λόγους,
δίδαξον αὐτὸν τὴν ἄσκησιν αἰσίως,
σὺν Δοσιθέῳ, τὸν αὐτοῦ οἰκοτρίβην.
Ἀλλὰ προπατ<ρ>ώνυμε, πατέρων ταξιάρχα,
δείχνεις Εὐθυμίοιο τόνδε τόν πόθον,
γράψαντα πίστει τούσδε τοὺς βραχεῖς στίχους.
