| Comment | The epigram contains an acrostic (ὑμνῶ κἀγὼ τὸν μέγαν ἱεράρχην Μιχαὴλ Μηλίτζης) with reference to the identity of the scribe. The text source of this text, Bandini (1770: 33*), only offers the transcription of the initial and final verse of the epigram, plus the initial letters of the remaining verses, those that form the acrostic. Therefore, the central part of the text still remains unknown. |
