These are queries and audits of what Hermogenes promises to say, but then either says or does not say, for which some pig-minded folks accuse Tzetzes, saying that Hemogenes wrote everything well and taught well everything he promised, and that Tzetzes did not grasp it, as if I were they and they, by contrast, were Tzetzes; but they were the opposite.
