	Ἁπάσης πλάνης, ἄνθρωπε, σχολάσας τῶν φροντίδων
	κάθισον ἔνδον πένθησον, ὡς πάντα ματαιότης.
	Σοφός τις εἶπε μηδαμῶς αἴτει μέγα
	ὡς μὴ φίλον τάχιστα λυπήσῃς θέλων·
	ἐγὼ δὲ θαρρῶν εἰς τὸν σὸν φίλτρον μέγα,
	τόδε σε αἰτῶ, δῶρον αἰτοῦμαι μέγα.
