	ἥδε βίβλος σύμπασα γαληνοῦ δείκνυσι τέχν(ην)·
	παισὶν ἰητήρ(ων) ἀτρεκέεσσι λόγοις.
	τῆδε γὰρ ἐν μιᾷ ἑπτὰ τὲ καὶ δέκα γράμματ(α) τάξ(ας),
	τοῖσ(ιν) ὑπεξέθετο χρεί(αν) ὅλ(ων) μορίων.
	καὶ μ(ὴν) εὐφρονέ(ων) τις ἀγαθὰ δαίδαλα ἔργα
	τ(ῆσ)δε μαθ(ὼν) ὅσα πλέξε φύσηι θ(εό)ς.
