Omont (1898: 354): '+ ΝϞπλοθ'ς 'θϠυβςϞθπλ'νς υϠϞωψὲ κθϠθ'ωυλχ ψσν 'λφοβξθ' ψσν + ιἱκκδδ' κεκε + [Νικολάῳ ἀρχηδιακόνῳ, Χριστὲ, παράσχου λύσιν τῶν ὀφλημάτων.]'. After this cryptic colophon we have a short note with the date of the manuscript; Omont (1898: 354): 'Ἐγράφη ἐπὶ Ἀλεξίου τοῦ Κομνηνοῦ. + Ἔτους ,Ϛχιγ', ἰνδ. ιγ' +'.
