Μωσῆς μὲν εἰσδὺς εἰς γνόφον θ(εο)ῦ πάλαι·
θείων κατηκροᾶτο φωνῶν ὑψόθεν·
δι' ἀγγέλου γὰρ φθόγγος ἔθνεος ῥέων,
σάλπιγγος ἠχῆ γραπτὸν ἐκφωνεῖ νόμον·
αὐτὸς δὲ μύστα τῆς τριπλῆς θεαρχίας.
καὶ μυσταγωγὲ τῆς σοφῆς ἐκκλησίας.
τελώνιον ματθαῖε καὶ κόσμον λιπών·
ὕψει βάθει τε τοῦ λόγου προσεγγίσας·
σάλπιγγος ἐκρότησας εὐηχέστερον·
λόγους θεουργοὺς μυστικοὺς ψυχοτρόφους·
ἐκφαντορικοὺς ἔργων χριστοῦ καὶ λόγων,
