Δώροις λόγοις ἔργοις τε καὶ εὐποιΐαις,
ἅπαν γένος βρότειον εὖ καθὼς ἔδει,
τρέφων ἰθύνων σὺν θ(ε)ῶ ποδηγέτη,
ζωὴν παρεῖχες τὴν κάτω τὴν γηΐνην·
ἤδη δὲ ταύτην παριδὼν ὡς ἀγχίνους,
ζητῶν τὰ θεῖα οὗ ποθεῖς προσορμίσαι,
ψυχῶν ὁδηγὸς νῦν ἄνω φαίνη ξένος·
