| Comment | The manuscript consists of two parts, the first two written by Michael Argeios, the last one by Michael Souliardos in collaboration with Iohannes Moskos. The codex was written 'a Firenze e ai primi anni Novanta del Quattrocento' (Speranzi 2010b: 363), excepting the last unit: 'non si può che collocare la trascrizione dell'ultima unità costitutiva della silloge (...) a Corfù, e agli anni immediatamente precedenti il 1491/1492. Qui, probabilmente, Michele Suliardo viveva e lavorava nella cerchia di Giovanni Mosco' (Speranzi 2010b: 364). Janus Lascaris 'avrà portato con sé (...) i tre fascicoli con le tre orazioni di Eschine e qui, dopo aver trascritto i testi deli oratori (...), avrà unito tutti questi testi, a formare un grande corpus oratorio' (Speranzi 2010b: 364). |
